Intensive Outpatient
Substance Abuse Treatment
COMPLETE TELEHEALTH SERVICES
Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs) offer structured treatment for substance use disorders and mental health challenges while allowing individuals to maintain daily responsibilities. The duration of an IOP—whether 30, 60, or 90 days—depends on the severity of the condition, personal circumstances, and treatment goals.
Comparing 30, 60, and 90-Day IOPs
30-Day IOP:
Ideal for individuals with mild to moderate addiction or mental health concerns.
Focuses on stabilization, relapse prevention, and coping strategies.
Often serves as a stepping stone to longer-term care or aftercare programs.
60-Day IOP:
Provides additional time for deeper therapeutic work.
Allows for more intensive behavioral therapy and skill-building.
Suitable for those needing extended support but not a full inpatient or residential care.
90-Day IOP:
Some individuals benefit from extended outpatient treatment, which may last six months or more. These programs provide ongoing therapy and education (if applicable), and peer support to reinforce recovery.
Note: Marula Rehab Telehealth Intensive Outpatient Treatment does not prescribe prescription medications and participants who seek prescription treatment to aid in sobriety from Alcohol Addiction may need to seek the advice of their primary physician.
